The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to own and grow our critical email channel. This role is pivotal in driving Groworx Global's mission by developing and executing compelling email marketing strategies that engage our audience ad achieve our growth objectives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our email campaigns, deployment, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences, aligned with Groworx Global's overall marketing and business goals.
- Manage the entire email campaign lifecycle, including planning, creative development, list segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
- Leverage advanced HubSpot functionalities to optimize email workflows, automation, lead nurturing, and CRM integration.
- Craft compelling and personalized email content that resonates with diverse global audiences and drives desired actions.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies in email marketing teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
- Ensure email compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) across all campaigns.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Advanced HubSpot Expertise: Demonstrated use of HubSpot’s marketing automation suite, including workflows, landing pages, CRM integration, analytics, and more.
- Global Campaign Execution: Proven ability to craft and implement email strategies for diverse international audiences, with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.
- B2B and B2C Campaigns: Strong record of success in managing email campaigns across both business-to-business and consumer markets.
- 3+ Years of Experience: At least three years in a dedicated email marketing role with a strong portfolio of results.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in email analytics and performance reporting, with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in copywriting and messaging.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for customizing email templates.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
