Job Summary:
We are seeking a HubSpot-Certified Specialist with strong experience in email marketing and CRM automation. This role will manage our HubSpot platform and take full ownership of email campaigns from list segmentation and workflow setup to reporting and optimization.
The ideal candidate is fluent in building high-converting email sequences, nurturing leads through automated journeys, maintaining clean CRM data, and coordinating with designers to ensure branded landing pages. A background in B2B services or the construction industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot CRM Management
- Manage and update contact records, lists, and deal pipelines
- Build landing pages in coordination with the Graphic Designer, ensuring visual consistency
- Create and manage workflows, forms, CTAs, and automation sequences
- Implement accurate lead scoring and lifecycle tagging
- Perform regular audits to ensure CRM cleanliness and GDPR compliance
Email Marketing Execution
- Plan, build, and launch email campaigns (newsletters, promos, nurture flows)
- Segment contacts based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and scheduling
- Optimize mobile and desktop email experiences
- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and unsubscribes
- Collaborate with the team for content planning and campaign calendars
Reporting & Optimization
- Submit weekly/monthly reports via email and CRM performance
- Identify gaps in the lead-nurturing journey and recommend automation improvements
- Support tool integrations (e.g., Outreachly, Sales Navigator, Google Analytics)

Qualifications:
- HubSpot Certifications (Inbound Marketing, CRM, Marketing Software) – required
- 1–2+ years of experience in HubSpot and email marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, smart lists, and segmentation
- Experience building landing pages in a marketing automation tool (preferably HubSpot)
- Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
- Preferred: Experience in B2B construction services, staffing, or similar industries
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign data for optimization
