We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help build and scale the lifecycle marketing function at Mews. This hands-on role focuses on driving engagement across the entire user journey—from first touch through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.

You’ll be at the heart of our campaign execution efforts, collaborating with content, design, marketing ops, and regional teams to bring personalised and impactful communication to life.

  • Build and optimise automated nurture flows that drive engagement and conversions

  • Run full-lifecycle campaigns—from demo booking to onboarding, upsell, and retention

  • Execute high-impact one-off sends like newsletters, event invites, and product launches

  • Partner with regional teams to localise lifecycle campaigns for key markets

  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimise based on performance insights

  • Collaborate with content, design, and ops to brief, build, and QA campaigns

  • Monitor campaign results and provide actionable insights to inform strategy

  • Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate tracking for segmentation and reporting

🤝 You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you

  • Extensive experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or Email Marketing (ideally B2B SaaS)

  • Proficient in HubSpot and familiar with Salesforce

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation

  • Experience running both automated and one-off campaigns across lifecycle stages

  • Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation logic, and personalisation tactics

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset

  • A passion for crafting meaningful, customer-centric communications
