Job Summary:
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of SESLOC's internal and external marketing campaigns and activities, from inception to completion, in support of strategic initiatives and annual business goals. Will use digital marketing strategies and marketing automation tools to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized experiences across the entire member lifecycle. Will drive brand and product awareness (demand generation), engagement, onboarding, loyalty and retention, member satisfaction, ensuring increased share of wallet and lifetime member value. The position will manage direct reports and provide overall support as needed within the marketing department.

Key Qualifications:
A four-year college degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a business related field and five to eight years of experience in marketing or advertising, with at least 2 years in a customer lifecycle management role. Credit Union or financial institution experience preferred.

This position will be based out of our San Luis Obispo Headquarters. In office work is expected a number of days a week but work from home flexibility is available for this position.
