You’ll write and manage email journeys that help schools understand the value of now>press>play, build urgency to try the product and guide them smoothly through the trial process.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong copywriting skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
If you’re excited by the idea of helping more schools discover the power of immersive story-led learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
By joining our small but mighty team, you'll make a profound and lasting impact on children's lives across the country. Come and be part of something extraordinary!
Founded in 2012, by a teacher, a theatre director and a social entrepreneur, now>press>play is one of the most exciting and ambitious social enterprises in the edtech sector.
We developed a new way of learning that engages children through movement, imagination and emotion. Our vision is for every child’s learning to matter deeply to them, and our mission is to get children to live their learning: to go there, to do it and to feel it. We make the curriculum accessible for all children, regardless of background or academic ability. We do things with playfulness, care, imagination, integrity and inclusivity. Our ambition is to be one of the most engaging and highly valued educational resources in the UK and beyond. You can read more about our work and impact on our website: www.nowpressplay.co.uk.
Since launching our subscription service in 2014, we’ve worked with over 500 schools across the UK and internationally. The majority of these are in areas of high deprivation. We have high retention rates and consistently receive good feedback from teachers and children alike.
now>press>play has been supported by UnLtd, the School for Social Entrepreneurs, the RSA and Shell LiveWire. In 2014, we were awarded a place on the Big Venture Challenge, the high-growth investment program for outstanding social enterprises. In 2019, now>press>play was named ‘Best Digital Device’ at the BETT Awards. In 2020 we won the best primary resource by the ERA as well as being listed in the Edtech50. In 2022 we were highly commended by TeachPrimary, and we were named as one of the Escape 100 top companies to escape to in 2022. In 2023 we were finalists for both ERA and Bett. And in 2024 we were selected for the hundrED Global Collection.
We know that diversity makes our team stronger and more successful. The teachers and children we work with come from all kinds of backgrounds and it is important that our team reflects the diversity of the people we work with.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply for jobs with us and bring their perspectives and experience to our team, in particular those who are currently underrepresented in our team. This includes, but is not limited to, Black, Asian and other minority ethnic candidates and candidates with a disability. We strive to foster a culture of inclusion, where every staff member feels welcome and like they can bring their whole self to work.
